I am not saying the person who did it didn’t have racist intentions, just that it’s a common knot to practice. But I also don’t know anything about nascar, so...

Unfortunately most of the state is still in control of the Republican party, like our attorney general Daniel Cameron who is the P.O.C. to hold the office he is very much batting for Trumps term.

There are so many false stories going around by major news outlets, saying that the protests are a response to the rules implemented due to Coronavirus when in reality they are a direct response to the dictatorship the new president is trying to implement. The police brutality is escalating with each new day, so please just share what's happening because nobody is giving it the time of day... All we're asking is for people to have the same energy for this, as they had and keep on having for the BLM movement in America. And for anyone that sees this and wants to help, here's a link to a petition you can sign (but please also do your research and spread the word on what's happening, sadly there isn't much else we can do at the moment): @t

  • I don’t think there’s anything intrinsically wrong with not disclosing her involvement. Where she went wrong was to actively promote the brand as though it wasn’t something she had a financial stake in. If she had disclosed in her descriptions that she owned the brand, for her, that means giving up on honest feedback. However, legally, since you have to disclose that information, the best option for her should have been to not personally promote the brand AT ALL and let others talk for her. The fact that she didn’t do that tells me she wasn’t actually looking for honest feedback. For an influencer in her position, providing a positive opinion on a product would affect others’ opinions and subsequently the sale of that product anyway. In terms of the business model, whether or not she owns the company almost becomes inconsequential information in terms of how she’s affecting the market for the product. Except that in reality, because she did own the company, that tactic ends up being appropriately viewed as underhanded because it is straight-up manipulation. I can’t see this being justified in a way that makes her look good.

But a biochemist (Kenna Whitnel) that I do follow made a video on how wrong this whole thing is and that there is actually an honest (and legal) way that you can get unbiased feedback.I think that the fact that Yara made it look like she had nothing to do with the brand - lied - to sell the products is something really dirty and I don't believe it was from purelly goodness of her heart.

  • In regard to Bubba Wallace, I do not know how garages are assigned, taking that into account , was the possibility that Wallace and his team assigned to the garage because the noose was there? As the FBI noted the noose was present in 2019 so people where aware that it was there. The claim that it was a coincidence of the only Black driver being placed in that specific garage seems unlikely.

My problem is this had she just sent out secret samples of it to people without the slows and it was hers and then let them review it or what have you and then later on like come out like she did that would have been fine. The beef I have with her is that and some of her videos or some of her posts people have commented, Asking her where they could find the product or where she got it from, and she blatantly lied about how she came into contact with that brand or where she purchased it. That's the issue I have! I think her business tactic and the reason behind it was actually very genius and I support it 100% her execution however with a little on the garbage side

  • #Naturiscam as I call it :) Long time fan of SusanYara, and a general kbeauty skincare enthusiast, but I have unsubscribed from everything she is attached to, here and on Instagram. She has done so much damage to other people - to the Influencers she used for unfair and unpaid free advertising, to the followers that she unfairly convinced to buy her products, to all other people who produce or consume social media marketing for skincare - because she seems to have broken everyones trust, and broken many ethical and FTC rules, in order to maximize sales and profit. That's the part she avoids in all her contradictory explanations. She claims she was unaware of any problem anyone could have had with her strategies. But no where does she face the fact that all of her deceptions, every single 'mistake' she made, also happens to be every single step a highly skilled strategist would make to manipulate advertising and sales. Make no doubt about it - this woman knows the law. Her husband is a lawyer, and he is the full time lawyer for her brand. It looks like a clever, greedy, ugly money grab. And it smacks of immaturity and a spoiled, entitled expectation that they will get away with it. And they possibly still will, which is the sad part.

Personally, I think the way she launched it was very smart - though I can understand the FTC concerns - and I don't necessarily see any major issues. Then again I've also never bought anything specifically because I've seen a ISworldsr I watch promoting it, I'm a nerd who does a but ton of research and comparison. I think everyone is allowed to make an honest mistake.

  • It would have been a good tactic if Susan DID NOT PROMOTE IT. If she didn’t feature it AT ALL on her channel but still gave it to influencers for feedback would have been fine. But she acted like she got PR when it was her own brand. That is what’s deceptive!! Of course that’s gonna influence her followers 🤦🏻‍♀️

  • Opinion on Yara situation as an outsider: I think her idea to gather feedback without bias was not a bad idea, but she did not need to promote the product herself to do that. It's kind of like Donald Glover creating music under the name Childish Gambino -- he didn't want his established fame to be the only reason he got popular, but he wasn't out there as Donald Glover going "Check out this new artist I discovered!" She could have easily had a PR team contact other beauty gurus to promo the product without having any personal involvement in it and just used the feedback from those results rather than promoting the product herself...

I think the tactic she used to get honest opinions was smart since she's part of the beauty community and I'm sure she was worried about people lying so she didn't feel bad BUT featuring the product herself was deceitful. The ISworldsrs who reviewed it would have given unbias reviews because they didn't know it was their mates brand. If she had just kept it a secret that it was her brand and NOT promoted it on her channel, I would think that it was actually pretty cool. • For that makeup story, totally DOTD. Product placement is everything. By putting her own brand out there, without specifically saying it's hers (and advertising it on her channel), is an insane violation of ethics. She'd been self-promoting without it being obvious, for a brand that was "new" that she was just a "huge fan of." It would have been far better to, at best, focus on product placement and advertisement outside her sphere of influence, or at worst coordinate with other influencers at absolute worst to try it out in their videos. This is such obvious self-promoting it's horrible. And the reveal video? It's damage control. Someone knew, was going to out the product line through blackmail, of worse, evidence of one more massive personality showing a complete lack of brains
